Hi Friends,

I just wanted to say thanks for the great deal on the discuses. My top thrower is ranked 6th in the state right now. when he started to throw the Gold and the Odessey he said it felt weird but after he PR'ed twice he does not want to throw the Hollywood discuses any more. Two of my other young throwers used the Ultima and Low spin and some of the other young throwers tried to use them but the better
throwers told them "only when you drill harder and get over 130ft."
The discus has become a badge of hard work and right of passage. It has been fun to watch, My top throwers have been working much hard to keep the right to use them and get the right to use the Gold and Odyssey.

My training is going better than ever, I am making huge gains in the weight room and feel good in the ring. I have had a few meets even though early in the year. My last competition I had my best throw in two and a half years (64.56 meters, 211'8" feet). It currently is the best throw in the nation thus far.

I have been throwing the Nelcos and I seem to be throwing the Lo-Spin the best (the yellow). I only have one of them so I was hoping you could send me some more. I was wondering if you have any of the official Red Lo-Spins.
Other than that I like the Golds and could use a 1.75kg for training and an
overweight.
